Job summaryThe Amazon Robotics Infrastructure Engineering team is looking for a talented and motivated Systems Development Engineering Manager to build network automation for zero-touch deployments and self-healing.
An ideal candidate must have experience designing, building and operating mission critical software systems at scale, with a relentless focus on operational and engineering excellence.
The leader's responsibility will include working with stakeholders to define products & their development roadmaps, utilizing modern development practices to deliver customer outcomes at pace.
A successful candidate must have strong technical depth and track record of developing engineering talent & growing successful teams.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Lead a team of experienced System and Software Development Engineers.
Meet with stakeholders regularly to ensure your solutions are meeting theneeds of the business.
Participate in strategic planning, brainstorm improvements, and work touphold the quality bar across the organization.
Define and drive projects and report on their progress Drive continual improvement in systems operations through tool buildingand automation Work in an environment where operational excellence is the first priority,and where automation of every manual process is imperative.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
