Sales Director - Payments & Loyalty (Inside Sales) My client is an industry leader in medical device within the aesthetics industry and they have a division dedicated to selling a payment and loyalty platform to dermatology, plastic and cosmetic industry. Their platform helps practices manage their patient population and creates a brand loyalty, recurring revenue and consumer insights and analytics. They are seeking an Inside Sales Director to hire, mentor and lead BDRs, Inside Sales and Client Success Managers. You will also be responsible for strategy and development of the team. Position does require reporting to an office (downtown Nashville) with great perks!
Responsibilities:
Hire, manage and mentor the entire Inside Sales teams Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase revenue and retention Create and implement strategic sales plans, promote sales growth Lead development of account plans for client success inc. issues and recommendations Handle any escalated issues and seek resolutions Ensure sales teams, meets/exceeds new activation goals and sales metrics Direct forecast and pipeline meetings Assist team in negotiating and closing larger deals as needed Manage onboarding process, ensuring proper utilization of product/solutions Oversee and help set team priorities; employ tactics to maintain and grow revenue Monitor team in effective use of a multi-communication process i.e. call, email, chat, etc. Manage team activities, ensure alignment with client success/satisfaction and business objectives Follow along client process; client experience, health scores and ensure success Collaborate with internal depts. to ensure product training for team Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred Min. 5
years managing an Inside Sales team, Client Success within the software industry and/or payments industry Sales and/or post-sales background Technology solutions and/or SaaS experience within payment processing, merchant services preferred Sales pipeline management experience Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals Ability to manage, mentor and coach a team Ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Presentation and Management skills Strong Computer and Software skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM Minimal travel as needed Offering:
Base Salary starting at $150,000
(based on experience) Year-end Bonus Potential/Incentive Year 1 Base/Bonus Equity:
$250,000

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
