Authorized Officer, IT Support Analyst

-Provide a production overview for your stream, monitor the environment for abnormalities and perform investigations when problems occur. -Run and support incident management, including all SEV 1-3 Major Incidents. -Provide an overview of all SEV 4s, their current state and related occupations. -Identify trends and abnormal volumes of SEV 5s and unstructured requests. -Control and ensure the quality of incident communication for your stream, and be accountable for the content, quality and hygiene of all major incident notifications related to your stream and cross-streams. -Run and support Mission Control command and control activities.-Keep track of the change portfolio and stream activities. -Establish and maintain working relationships with functional counterparts on the other TOC (Technical Operations Center) streams. -Perform analytics by collecting real time data, identify trends and proactively resolve/manage issues before they become incidents. -Track and analyze Trend Incident and Problem ticket data to ensure effective Problem management by reducing Incident occurrence.Qualified Applicants apply through SH-ProfRecruitingcc@ubs.com.
