Associate Director, IT Support Analyst

-Interact with the business team, vendors and end users on daily basis to support and clarify any financial application incidents and issues. -Perform incident management for the applications on any technical issues reported and being handled by him or his team. -Perform lead roles and manage onsite and offshore teams with daily huddle calls. -Takes part in weekly change control release process, reviews and approve changes. -Plans and perform weekend maintenance on financial applications with a team and work on automation and alert which helps the bank to cut down recovery time. -Conduct knowledge transition sessions and mentors onsite and offshore teams to build a solid technical and functional team. -Attend Bi-weekly and Monthly review with stakeholders on frequent issues and application metrics assessment such as SLA adherence, problem records, risk and compliance. -Perform code analysis and records errors found and reports issues in knowledge base before fixing it. -Provide permanent and short term solutions to issues and implement break fix and enhancements by making code changes. -Suggest long term solutions for issues and hand it over to development team. -Perform code implementation and troubleshooting during production implementation. -Perform operations reporting by writing DB2 SQLs for business requirements. -Coordinate with CTB team at onsite for any changes before the goes live for bank clients. -Perform yearly business continuity plan testing and financial year-end processing as part of regulatory processing.-Monitor quality standards and compliance as set forth.Qualified Applicants apply through SH-ProfRecruitingcc@ubs.com. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
