1.
Manage new projects for SC evaluation, design strategy and engineering capacity planning.
2.
Develop and maintain individual site business requirements from site selection to launch.
3.
Work closely with WWDE, Operations Engineering and Construction teams to develop site plans.
4.
Effectively communicate (written and verbal) site business requirement and status with various teams.
5.
Lead a project to develop business requirements and understand conceptual drawings, layouts, sort schematics, material handling plans, dock and yard plans, volume profiles, arrival profiles and operating strategies for sortation equipment and end-to-end processes.
6.
Develop requirements for each site based on demand information from long term planning, to guiding various teams for site selection, construction & equipment planning, to meeting the capacity requirements from the region.
7.
Work with various team to provide feedback for site selection, developing yard requirements & approvals.
8.
Guide partner team for material handling equipment selection, layout and process flow.
9.
Work with partner teams to identify, plan and execute engineering changes to existing sites.
10.
Approve yard & building layout and track changes throughout the site construction and equipment installation phase.
11.
Maintain site requirements and capacity document through different phases of the program.
12.
Develop process requirement for new engineering solutions.
Domestic travel is required 25% of the time.
