As a Principal, User Researcher with GSF Strategies:
Workforce Planning, you will help guide a variety of strategic initiatives to drive deep insights from GSF associates to improve the GSF Associate experience and the Products that serve our associates.
These solutions will be used first and foremost to create a best in class associate experience while providing insight and support to field and centralized operations teams.
You will provide Strategic direction across an integrated workforce planning product suite ranging from hiring recommendations to intraday shift changes to drive the right user insight ensuring technical and programmatic solutions address the core needs of our associates.

GSF is building out a new team and this means there is a lot of room for experimentation and adaptation, but in these early days we lack some of the structure that a more established group would have.

The GSF team operates like a start-up - we're moving fast and learning and adapting along the way.
We're looking for people who are willing to dive in and solve a variety of problems and own the solution end-to-end.
Key job responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).
Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and statistics.
Experience strategizing research initiatives in large organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
Experience working in a startup company or other group focused on innovation.
Fluency in user-centered design methodology.
The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
