Director, US Retirement Benefits

Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the WTW U.S. Retirement Plans including both qualified and nonqualified defined benefit and defined contribution plans. The Role Monitor and maintain plan compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Lead the planning, development, implementation and administration of retirement programs Manage annual plan audits, pension plan valuation process, discrimination testing, 5500 filings, 4010 filings, PBGC filings, Annual Funding Notice and Summary Annual Report distribution, Summary Plan Description updates and plan document amendments Manage all applicable vendor relationships including internal/external consultants, retirement plan trustees, investment fund managers and recordkeepers Respond to inquiries from Talent Acquisition, HR directors, senior executives and other colleagues regarding critical and time sensitive retirement questions/inquiries Support the work of the Benefit Plans Administration Committee and the Investment Committee Manage the resolution of complex design and administration issues Work with internal Finance and Actuarial team to manage plan accounting activities Lead implementation of any plan changes including preparation and review of communications as well as any plan amendments or related filings Oversee budget for ongoing administration and initiatives related to the U.S. retirement plans Manage a small team of analysts that assist in day-to-day plan administration Assist with US Health & Welfare, Canada and Bermuda benefit programs Support special projects, including M&A and divestitures, as needed Note:

The Requirements BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits administration, including direct experience with qualified and non-qualified defined benefit and defined contribution plans in the U.S. Cerified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), ASPPA designation or other relevant professional certification preferred Thorough knowledge of benefits laws, regulations, tax code and accounting rules 3 - 5 years of experience managing a benefits staff Well-organized individual with good time management and project management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills, and the ability to work directly with colleagues and plan participants from all levels of the organization Budget and/or Finance experience, and a working exposure to other areas of Benefits and/or HR is a plus WTW may be subject to employment-related COVID-19 vaccination mandates from time to time in certain jurisdictions that may require certifying and providing documentation of vaccination against COVID-19 to work in a WTW office. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business Partners, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
