Nashville, Tennessee, Clarksville, Tennessee, and Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Our Clientele Our typical client is 50 years old or older, primarily female, a grandparent, on the conservative side, and has retired or is about to retire.
They rightfully expect a high level of client service, personal attention, and superior expertise.
Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience for the client and build our relationship with them to better understand their goals and the legacy they seek to protect.
Overview of Position We are seeking to hire a full-time attorney to establish and build an estate and trust litigation practice.
Our ideal candidate would have at least 4-6 years experience in litigation.
We would prefer candidates that have a background in estate and trust litigation, but it is not a requirement as much of the relevant information regarding estates and trusts can be learned on the job.
This position requires high client engagement, is time intensive, but it also provides a great deal of autonomy.
We have active litigation cases but need a qualified attorney to help push these cases forward and at the same time build their own practice.
We plan for this practice to range across Middle Tennessee.
