Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience for the client and to build relationships to better understand our clients' goals, and the legacy they seek to protect.
We desire to become experts in our limited fields of practice, being able to help clients when they are considering how to distribute their estate, dealing with the death of a loved one, or starting a new business.
We currently have three offices:
Nashville, Tennessee, Clarksville, Tennessee, and Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
We are a growing firm and plan to continue our growth in the coming years.
Our Clientele Our typical client is 50 years old or older, primarily female, a grandparent, on the conservative side, and has retired or is about to retire.
They rightfully expect a high level of client service, personal attention, and superior expertise.
Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience for the client and build our relationship with them to better understand their goals and the legacy they seek to protect.
Overview of Position We are seeking to hire a full-time attorney to establish and build an estate and trust litigation practice.
Our ideal candidate would have at least 4-6 years experience in litigation.
We would prefer candidates that have a background in estate and trust litigation, but it is not a requirement as much of the relevant information regarding estates and trusts can be learned on the job.
This position requires high client engagement, is time intensive, but it also provides a great deal of autonomy.
We have active litigation cases but need a qualified attorney to help push these cases forward and at the same time build their own practice.
We plan for this practice to range across Middle Tennessee.
We are looking for candidates that not only have the right experience but also fit our core values and that are ultimately a good cultural fit for the firm.
