30 pm with weekends off.
The environment is very fast paced; flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks at once is a must.
Primary job duties and responsibilities are:
Provide great customer service to our patients and answer the phones promptly and courteously.
Optimizes patients' satisfaction by completing the check in and check out process accurately.
Manage patient's medical appointments.
Maintains patients' accounts by recording, and updating personal and financial information accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the waiting room.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma required.
At least 1 year as a Receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.
High level of organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of computer programs and office equipment.
