Role and
Responsibilities:
? Professional representation of our portfolio in the Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi ? Work with local distributors to achieve distribution and volume goals ? Weekly sales calls throughout the market territory ? Work with Nation's Marketing department to implement programs ? Contribute to hitting company goals ? Work with Distributor to maintain inventory levels necessary to achieve goals Objectives you will have :
? Manage accounts and relationships within your targeted area ? Grow sales in existing accounts and acquire additional accounts ? Coordinate with marketing team to ensure all accounts and team members have needed assets ? Aid and assist in festivals and events through partnerships with both on and off premise accounts ? Demonstrate expert knowledge of our portfolio with a focus on each beverage's USP ? Develop a deep understanding of what, why and how we do things ? Work closely with the brewing team to greater understand the processes of what makes our beverages unique ? Provide specific product training to account staff to ensure our brands are accurately represented in the market ? Call on an average of ten accounts a day ? Work with our distributors and form relationships with the specific reps that will oversee your area ? Participate in meetings and training ? Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales and/or team leader Attributes That Will Make You Successful:
? Excellent organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving and time management skills ? Good communication with customers, management, and team members ? A positive attitude ? Strong Sales Background ? Weekly meetings recapping what went well and what could improve, as well as opportunities presented to you from your accounts visited over the past week
Qualifications:
? Sales experience and knowledge ? Beverage, retail or hospitality experience a must ? Self Motivate.
You will manage the vast majority of your own time.
