This position is ideal for anyone who is personable with clients, enjoys working with their hands, and is a plant enthusiast or horticulturist! Job Purpose Responsible for the quality of Botanical Design installations, which includes utilizing standard tools and processes for client communication, project coordination, team management, installation protocols, design best practices, and internal tracking systems.
Required Skillset:
Some plant knowledge or horticultural background Strong customer service skills Experience managing a team Project coordination experience (managing schedules, communication and logistics) Monday-Friday full time, occasional weekends Ideal Skills:
Extensive indoor plant knowledge Some interior design background
Qualifications:
A valid Driver License and a qualifying MVR for company auto insurance is strongly preferred.
Landscaping, Garden Center, Interior Design or related experience preferred.
