Wild Friends is seeking an energetic, hard-working, organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
Problem Solver & Systems Thinker ? Work across departments to optimize existing internal processes, identify operational weaknesses, and develop new, innovative systems to constantly drive growth and efficiency Sales and Operations Planning & Coordination ? Plan for Wild Friends production needs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, forecasting demand and working with our manufacturer to plan production accordingly ? Work with our outsourced production team to ensure day to day needs are met and exceeded to create exceptional products ? Forecast ingredients with outsourced production team and issue production orders using our Demand Planning and Forecasting predictions ? Lead Wild Friends Foods quality control program, including tracking batches and working with Co-Founder to maintain excellent quality and improve products ? Lead operational aspects of product innovation efforts.
Working with manufacturers to develop formulas, source new ingredients and manage R&D production runs.
? Manage operational and logistical aspects of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
Customer Communication ? Act as main point of contact for retailer and distributor customer orders ? Coordinate with our retailer and distributor customers to ensure all products are shipped on time and correctly Team Player, Communicator & Doer Across Departments ? As a member of a small team, we never know what might come up.
This role is set up to problem solve and work where needed to manage projects with company founders and team members, as well as external stakeholders as well.

? 1-2
years experience in Operations, Logistics, or other task-management role in the Food/CPG Industry ? Proven ability to problem solve and improve systems in a scrappy environment ? Experience establishing systems and processes to maximize efficiency and profit margins ? Confident in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions ? Positive, can-do attitude - we're a small team and your attitude counts! The ideal candidate is:
