This role plays an important part in communicating effectively with patients and maintaining an organized administrative schedule.
The Business Dental Office Assistant will work closely with the Treatment Coordinator and staff to ensure the patient experience was held to an optimal level.
Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound and outbound calls.
Schedule Patient appointments, and/or Follow up on appointments.
Assist in managing Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
Greet Patients and check out Patients.
Maintain Office records.
Documenting patient dental treatments and transactions.
Following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments.
Orders office and administrative supplies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Dental experience required, 2
years.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members.
Great administrative organizational skills.
Friendly, positive demeanor with Patients and Dental office team members.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
Impeccable Customer Service Skills.
