PMMaintenance Reports to:
Maintenance Manager Position Purpose:
Perform maintenance of the facility and help other staff and personnel.
Primary Functions:
Help with maintenance of building including all painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems.
Other Functions:
This employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the Building & Facility Manager and other management as required for example; helping the setup team.
Education:
High School Graduate
Experience:
One year experience in the area of building maintenance/trade.
Initiative / Ingenuity:
Ability to follow instructions and have knowledge of safety and safety of others.
Physical Demand:
Climbing ladders, lifting 50 lbs.
and generally on the move all day.
Physical working conditions:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
and climb a ladder a minimum of 8 feet.
Will encounter steps all day.
Responsible for Equipment or Process:
Familiarity with hand tools and necessary equipment to perform all functions.
Responsible for Material or Product:
Must be responsible for all building equipment and building contents.
Responsible for safety of others:
Have a general knowledge of safety and safety for others.
Hazards:
Cleaning chemicals, paint smell and other chemicals.
