Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets.
In Nashville, we do business as Warren Bros Sash & Door, and we are hiring for a Window and Door Installation Manager.
Position
Summary:
The Installation Manager is responsible for leading a team in the full cycle of window and door installation, from quoting and selling installations, to scheduling and performing installations.

Responsibilities:
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in the quality of installation.
Quote and sell new installation projects.
Document pre-installation check sheet to include estimated completion time, materials and additional tools/resources needed to complete the job.
Complete installation projects on time, and document completed work.
Documentation includes both paperwork and detailed photos of completed work.
Audit completed installations for quality and adherence to contract specifications.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees working on installation team (s).
Provide training and day-to-day job direction for installation team (s).
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
Participate in organized training and continuing education for all team members.
Complete and return daily reports.
The position is a working manager who actively participates with the installation team.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
General carpentry, window/door, or housing industry experience required.
Supervisory experience as window installation manager or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) including the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
Proven leadership skills and ability to successfully lead departmental initiatives.
Excellent basic math skills including measurements, dimensions of windows, size of glass, square footage, discounts, percentages, billing, and credit, etc.

Basic understanding of construction blueprints required.
Ability to manage multiple projects, achieve goals and self-motivate.
Valid Driver's License and clean MVR Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred.
Physically fit and able to fulfill the physical aspects of the role.
This is a safety sensitive position, subject to routine drug screening.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
