Facilities Maintenance
Nashville, TN Nashville, TN Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks for the interior/exterior of company premises.
We will rely on you to keep our facilities in superb condition by doing various odd jobs.
Able to take directions and complete tasks without supervision.
Able to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Organized with good communication skills.
Detail orientated with an attitude for problem solving.
Has own transportation & able to drive to different locations locally.
Operate heavy equipment a plus.
Strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and overall knowledge of all trades.
Own standard set of tools Work closely with operations manager to complete a wide range of tasks and projects.
Provide physical labor and assistance to crew.
Wear proper and required PPE.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted and maintain quality of work.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
