A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN As a Maintenance Engineer, you play an essential role in keeping guest rooms and facility in order and performing duties as requested by our guests.
When you arrive to work each day, you perform routine and preventative maintenance.
You maintain units by identifying issues and performing tasks such as Plumbing, Painting, Cleaning, light Electrical and AC troubleshooting, and other related activities.
Organized and efficient, you close out work orders upon completion.
When units become vacant, you conduct inspections and complete a Preventive Maintenance to the room and prepare them for occupancy.
No matter what task comes your way, you are always able to successfully complete it while following safety guidelines and procedures! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 1
years of experience in the general maintenance field Ability to paint Knowledge about PTAC systems is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders Do you communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally? Are you proactive about finding solutions? Can you effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management? If yes, you might just be perfect for this property management position!
