-Coordinate daily and weekly staff scheduling with Hotel Management and Tropical Stars Office.
-Supervise and monitor all activities of staff.
Inspect rooms, corridors and public areas for compliance to Hotel standards.
Maintain rules, regulations, guidelines and expectations.
-Track attendance and punctuality in accordance with schedules.
Handle absenteeism and lateness issues with staff.
Discipline accordingly.
Reward accordingly.
-Maintain a list of active Tropical Stars Staff with phone numbers to schedule, replace or communicate with staff.
Coordinate with Tropical Stars Office.
-Orient and train new Tropical Stars employees.
-Counsel, coach and motivate Star employees on all work related issues including performance/efficiency, appearance, behavior, attitude, interpersonal matters etc.
Reward accordingly.
-Conduct and record performance reviews on staff.
Reward accordingly.
-Prepare and submit weekly summary reports on all activities.
-Monitor and control uniform inventory.
Coordinate sizing, cleaning and repairs of uniforms.
-Monitor Tropical Stars on premise time clock for check- ins and check outs.
Coordinate with Tropical Stars accounting department for payroll processing.
Monitor and control overtime.
-Pitch in whenever necessary to assist staff with cleaning tasks MUST BE BILLINGUAL (ENGLISH AND SPANISH) Job Type:
