Review and approve invoices for Rural Development (RD) programs.
Work with grantees to submit appropriate documentation and with TNECD fiscal team to resolve questions Review and process pre-grant and contracting forms to ensure they meet legal and fiscal requirements; follow-up with grantees re:
missing information/outstanding forms Support program directors in grant monitoring efforts and other contractually mandated reporting requirements.
Complete desk review, phone call and site visit monitoring visits for RD programs which could include completing monitoring checklists, reconciling, and saving documentation, and keeping all databases and folders up to date with accurate review information Ensure data integrity in the recording of grant information in the department's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system, other databases, and network drives Send correspondence and reminder emails when compliance and reporting deadlines are approaching, review and log individual grantee reports in CRM system to ensure satisfactory progress, and follow-up with grantees regarding concerns/questions/missed deadlines Gather program data, outputs, outcomes to track performance metrics and success stories for all RD programs Compile monthly grants management report which detail outstanding grants management items for each program Perform other job-related duties as assigned Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
