be What is our Custodian role? Our Custodial role is to be responsible, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, for overall cleaning of the apartment community.
This position is responsible for overall cleanliness of the property.
Items to be responsible for include:
common area cleaning, cleaning of grounds around the community, assisting with trashing out vacant units, buffing/waxing floors, and light maintenance items.
Who is our Ideal Candidate? Previous working experience in custodial work is preferred.
Valid Driver's License is required.
Willingness to pitch in with all aspects of apartment maintenance/cleanliness.
A person who wants to grow and learn with in the apartment maintenance field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
