This person will be responsible for daily operations in the call center department, which includes handling inbound and outbound calls, filtering leads, answering customer inquiries and product questions, monitoring text communications, handling reviews, and providing proactive communications for our appointments with customers.
This role requires hands-on customer support and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Maintain and operate the daily processes, and systems, and document conversations for the Call Center.
Follow the company's FAQ to answer customer queries or requests for business information.
Handling high-volume calls inbound and outbound professionally and knowledgeably.
Provide coverage as scheduled Sort customer leads and appropriately delegate to the sales team, depending on the availability and abilities of the rep.
Collect deposits/payments and arrange for billing.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and responses promptly.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, team members, and leadership in a professional and friendly manner.
Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitor and maintain communication with customers on social media systems.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management/supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving ability with a drive for results Ability to be receptive to feedback, and willing to learn.
Receptive to change and to embrace continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems and data analysis software Ability to adapt to change effectively Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Job Type:
