We are looking for 2-3 entry level customer service representatives to attend events set up on behalf of our clients.
We will expect each candidate to familiarize themselves with our clients (with our training) and be able to answer questions, overturn objections and build relationships on behalf of them.
This is a full time job, with paid training and the opportunity to earn bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints Open new customer accounts Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary If you are ready to start your career, let us know! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
