Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment - Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and assembly as needed - Support the team by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations - Promote food service offerings and upsell products to maximize sales
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately - Familiarity with food handling safety guidelines is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
