Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and provide exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Schedule and dispatch our Skilled Technician to meet our customers' demands.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information, and provide resolutions, to our customers and Technicians.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude to every customer interaction, making sure to spread joy and create a memorable experience.
Use your knowledge of the service call to close out service tickets and properly invoice our customers for the outstanding service we provided.
Embrace and contribute to our fun and positive work environment, keeping morale high and fostering teamwork.
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and personable manner.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and order processing.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude that brings energy to the team and customers.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
