Potential for remote work after 90 day period and completion of phased training program.
Requirements:
Ability to multitask.
Greet and assist clients with warmth and empathy.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
Manage phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information.
Maintain electronic records and assist with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.
1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Reliable transportation.

May be required to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
Will use hands to manipulate, handle, type or feel.
Will reach with hands and arms.
