These dual-career first-time parents both work primarily from their home offices and are in and out of the house at meetings daily.
Their son, Langston, is 4 months old and they are looking for a nanny to manage development and ensure their son has a dynamic, lovely, calm and tidy environment for the family to grow and thrive.
The ideal nanny has long-term experience with a family and is proactive and passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating development environment for their child.

Schedule:
5 days a week, 40 hours per week with the general schedule being 8 am - 4:
00 pm.
The family may require additional overtime hours once or twice a week in the evenings.
Travel:
Monthly travel is required every 2 months for no longer than 7 days.
Typical locations include Los Angeles, Costa Rica, NYC, and Miami.
Separate room and travel expenses are covered.
Compensation:
$28-32/hour based on the 40-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $55-60k/year range.
May be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience or additional personal assistant duties.
The family is willing to provide paid holidays and a monthly health insurance stipend.
Responsibilities:
Baby care:
feeding, burping, changing, bathing, and playtime activities Making baby food, child's laundry, packing for child, making appointments Organizing child's areas, seasonal clothes, and belongings Maintaining child's supplies (feeding, diapering, bathing, etc.
) Sanitizing toys, pump parts, and bottles as needed Light house maintenance mostly related to the kitchen and living room during nap times
Qualifications:

years of professional childcare experience Fluency in English; additional languages are a big plus First aid and CPR certification Essential Requirements:
