9 Nashville, TN Nashville, TN 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago Job Title Executive Assistant (Nashville, TN) Job Description In this hybrid role, you will provide Executive Assistant support for the Senior Directors of the North America Operations Team located in our downtown Nashville location.
Your role:
Perform a full range of standard secretarial administrative duties, which call for a high degree of accountability and attention to detail, while carrying out daily tasks with little oversight and upholding a high standard of integrity.
Documents, presentations, meetings, conference calls, videoconferences, and other relevant events will all be planned, coordinated, and prepared by you.
Independently screen incoming calls and e-mails, responding in a timely, yet professional manner.
Serve as a point of contact for various departments and levels, while managing sensitive, complex, and highly confidential information with discretion.
Leverage your solid Outlook calendar management skills, as well as provide support for items such as expense report preparation/submission, develop travel plans, and on/off boarding of employees.
Also, responsible for all other administrative duties as assigned or delegated.
You're the right fit if:
You have 7
years' experience in an executive assistant role supporting multiple leaders within a matrixed, multi-national/global organization.
Your skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English); and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel) with the ability/desire to learn additional software tools as needed.
You have a Bachelors' degree (desired).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You will possess the ability to identify and resolve problems within a timely manner, escalating when necessary; also, prioritize multiple projects with job responsibilities with competing deadlines (organizational/time management skills).
Continuous improvement minded; Flexible to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
