The Workforce Staffing Candidate Attraction is a skilled, customer obsessed, recruiting team that owns candidate sourcing across US operations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles.
We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven Business Analyst to join our team and help build the future Amazon talent pipeline.
Key job responsibilities- Identify the necessary metrics and creating reports to increase understanding of the business, proactively identifying pain points or opportunities through systemic measurement.
- Present qualitative and quantitative analysis to key stakeholders by blending advanced reporting and project management skills.
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access and other data management systems.
- Monitor existent metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
- Drive small to medium operational enhancement projects.
A day in the lifeThe primary responsibility of the Business Analyst role will support the rapid growth of this initiative by developing key business metrics, mining data to uncover consumer insights and business opportunity, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive the business.
In this role, the candidate will be focused on highly analytical projects driving results within the high volume hiring warehouse space.
This role will help with the development and execution of local workforce development and recruitment strategies in Amazon's most constrained markets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position are tied to increasing the hourly entry-level talent pipeline, removing obstacles faced by local candidates, reducing the need for paid advertising and recruiting space, and meeting Candidate Generation hiring goals.
This role requires the ability to keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, quickly get up to speed on complex issues, anticipate community partner questions/reactions, and formulate thorough messaging strategies that position Amazon as the local employer of choice.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
