Responsibilities:
The Customer Care Representative, using systems and tools available, provides a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers.
Uses problem solving skills to determine the best course of action resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer; uses training to gain and communicate information about our customers' needs and expectations.
Responds to customer inquiries; become proficient in existing software systems and uses those systems to assist customers by processing information quickly and efficiently identifies the problem and provides resolution.
Gains a deep knowledge of the organization, products and campaigns.
Uses knowledge and information gathered from conversations with customers to provide information and suggestions to supervisor regarding suggested Custer Service practices needed to be modified to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
One year of call center or customer service experience - Required High School diploma or GED - Required The successful candidate must have excellent record keeping, time management, and internal and external communication skills Hours:
