The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving, auditing and stocking the inventory received at our retail store.
The Stock Associate will need to move at a fast pace, be able to lift and organize merchandise into the stockroom, while also planning space for future shipments.
Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to efficiently and effectively execute any plan thrown their way.
Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of merchandise coordination including shipment receiving, unpacking and product placement in the stockroom Work with the store team to maintain a neat and organized stockroom, storage area and shipping/receiving area Support the sales team by responding to requests for product quickly and efficiently Assist the sales team with re-packing footwear according to FREEBIRD standards Work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Work independently to achieve goals set by supervisor and to create and maintain a well-organized stockroom Take ownership and pride in the stockroom to create the best customer experience Partner with supervisor and peers to maintain best practices and build effective relationships with store team Clearly and positively communicate with supervisor and seek feedback to improve personal performance Work positively within a competitive team environment Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred Excellent time management skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business Ability to lift and carry 30
pounds, with or without reasonable accomodation, and stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Ability to consistently maneuver a stockroom throughout a shift without physical fatigue Job Types:
