The Media Content Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing content across various media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience effectively.

The Community Review Board has the power to review allegations that Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) officers have committed misconduct against members of the public, as well as issue policy advisory and resolution reports related to allegations of misconduct by MNPD.
Typical Duties Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to support organizational goals and objectives.
Plan, create, and manage multimedia content for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and opportunities and ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
Lead content ideation, brainstorming sessions, and creative development processes to produce high-quality, engaging content.
Oversee the production process from concept to delivery, including content creation, editing, and distribution.
Manage content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to deadlines.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in multimedia production and content distribution.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for content production and distribution.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, media studies, marketing, or a related field and three years of experience in content creating, media management, digital marketing or a related field.
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of some education.
LICENSES REQUIRED:
Valid Driver License Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
