Join our team at DH of Nashville as a subcontractor housekeeping specialist.
We are a premier cleaning service serving the entire Nashville, specializing in both Vacation Homes and residential cleaning.
We are seeking individuals who are sole proprietors that works in team of twos or currently own their own cleaning company and are looking to expand their client base.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning services for clients - residential, vacation rentals, etc.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Provide all necessary cleaning supplies for the job.
Requirements:
- Must own a registered cleaning company or sole proprietor in Nashville.
- Provide a certificate of insurance with minimum general liability coverage.
- Have an auto insurance policy for their vehicle.
- Pass a standard background check.
- Sign a non-disclosure agreement and non-solicit agreement Payment and Schedule:
- Paid by the job - Invoice weekly for all jobs worked.
- Bi-weekly payment on every other Saturday, aligned with 1099 employees.
- No hourly tracking or mileage reimbursement.
Additional Information:
- Most jobs are vacation home or residential accounts.
- Weekend availability required.
- Track and submit Certificate of Insurance based on policy renewals.
