Sales Associate

Our Sales Associates are the glue to our business and have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you!
Earn an hourly rate plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives.
What You'll Do:
Engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service.
You will be the boot expert and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and service the customer.
Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities.
Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
Takes pride in the appearance of store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Secures all company assets under one's control.
You must have the ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You must be able to wear western boots while working.
You must have strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Previous retail or customer service experience helpful
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
Requirements:
Essential Physical Requirements: (Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
