Position Description
Purpose: Provide post-sales, pre-claim policy service and maintenance. Process service requests and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Organizational Structure: This is a team environment reporting to a supervisor and team manager.
Performance Objectives:
1. Provide post-sales, pre-claim policy service and maintenance. Process service requests and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Meet established productivity and quality service standards.
3. Perform moderately complex routine and non-routine customer service transactions.
4. Handle correspondence, and/or telephone calls using AWD and the Customer Service front-end systems (SWB, CSS, 3R) or the administrative system (AGNIS or VFlex) when applicable.
Position Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
1. One - two year's job related experience is required. Knowledge of products, systems, and functions within the Customer Service department is helpful.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred. High school graduate or equivalent required.
3. Advanced interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with other Customer Service employees as well as internal and external customers in a professional manner.
4. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
5. Good PC skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
