Join a great organization to be responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining business processes in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), as well as for system administration. You will help design, configure, install, test, and maintain all new HRIS systems and provide end-user support related to
data and changes, reporting, and integration with other internal applications or vendor's systems. You will interact with personnel within the Human Resources as well as all functional units in the company and be responsible for analysis and management of data, maintaining set up tables and templates, and supporting the HR team with system upgrades and other process improvements within HRIS; provides end-user support for various data requests. While the primary HRIS system is a Lawson system, you will also be responsible for any and all other HRIS systems as well.

Bachelor's degree in
Science, Human Resources, or related field. 3 or more years of recent working experience with HRIS using the Lawson suite of applications, benefits, salary administration, and HR compliance management applications. Demonstrated skills in successfully trouble-shooting HRIS technical and functional issues. Must have a thorough understanding of the HR business processes as well as HRIS system administration.Working knowledge of HRIS, benefits, compensation and other HR policies, procedures, best practices and their interrelationship. Technical or system administration knowledge of Lawson HR applications or other comparable systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
