RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:
The Staff Accountant will responsible for job costing and month end close responsibilities
Gather invoices, acquire proper approval, and perform coding
Project budget entry and updates
Perform account reconciliations
Perform A/P and AR functions
Communication with Property
manager
and Project Manager
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
JOB COST EXPEREINCE IS REQUIRED
Advanced Excel and QuickBooks experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2-3 years of accounting experience
real estate
, construction, and/or property
management
experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
