The candidate will handle both casualty and workers' compensation litigation in Tennessee. Will handle litigation of compensation files from inception to resolution. Handle all aspects and phases of the file, including investigation, discovery, pleadings, evaluation, hearings, motions and trial. Comply with litigation and management guidelines, to include communication with claims, insureds, attorneys and the Boards. Interact regularly with the local WC boards.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
