unionized and non-union employees based in Nashville, TN.
Our client is looking for an HR leader with 8
years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment to partner with site leadership in the areas of employee/labor relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness across TN and KY.
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations or equivalent preferred. Competitive salary, bonus, equity and relocation assistance offered. Flexible for relocation in the future preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
