Job Duties: Develop, create computer applications software; analyze user needs and develop software solutions; design enterprise solutions to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization; provide advisory/consultative expertise for major IT projects to ensure consistent and pragmatic designs and implementations; responsible for IT infrastructure, business systems development, and enterprise application integration; work with internal clients and IT staff to document business requirements, create detailed design documents, and then work with the software developers to create and validate interfaces, extracts, reports, or other customized applications/code that meet the specific client business needs; responsible for the software development lifecycle of the assigned technical units; create, review, and design software design documentation artifacts like UML, Entity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases, and Workflow diagrams; write code using the latest techniques and trends for the web based software applications and websites using C#, ASP.NET 4, SQL Server 2008, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, ext, MVC 3.0, and other emerging software technology; and assist with the Bug and Issue Tracking management using TFS2010.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems; Engineering, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: Health Plan Information Systems (Facets, QNXT, PowerMHS, AMYSIS, Nasco, etc.); developing software solutions against QNXT base database tables; distributed system design and architecture delivering mission critical solutions; architecting and developing high-volume, multi-tier, multi-tenant enterprise software applications and products; .NET, ASP, COM/DCOM, XML, SOAP, Web Services, SOA,UML and OOAD principles; MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, Biz Talk, Share point Portal Server; database design and development experience using Microsoft SQL Server, Transact-SQL, and SSIS; designing and developing web-based ASP.NET applications and Windows applications using VB or C#; MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server; used at least one Bug Tracking Systems like Bugzilla, ClearQuest, or TFS2010.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
