Overview of Job Function:
The Voice of the Customer Analytics Sales Specialist will prospect, identify, sell and maintain sales relationships within the Southeast territory. Specifically, the Voice of the Customer Analytics Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Speech Analytics Software, Multi-Channel Survey Software, and Text Analytics Software. The Voice of the Customer Analytics Sales Specialist will achieve sales bookings targets on a quarterly and annual basis. They will also maintain updated notes on all opportunities and accounts in . Additionally, the Enterprise Voice of the Customer Analytics Sales Specialist will provide accurate and timely forecasting to sales management.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Execute the Company's sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory.
Generate and close business opportunities through proactive territory management, proactive account planning, and target account prospecting and profiling.
Provide effective sales presentations/product demonstrations to prospective customer Executives.
Provide the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
Maintain a thorough on-going knowledge of Verint Voice of the Customer Analytics products and technology, as well as industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of (7)+ years of strategic software sales experience to include (2)+ years' experience selling Voice of the Customer, Business Intelligence, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Social Media, CRM or Market Research solutions is preferred.
Consistent track record of quota achievement.
Closing complex opportunities with Global 1,000 accounts.
Consultative, value-based sales methodology and experience. Customer references demonstrating this would be ideal.
Consistent track record of quota achievement.
Executive presence and boardroom presentation skills.
Requires 25-50% regular travel within your designated territory.
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification;
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelors' Degree in related field.
Working knowledge of value added ROI business process sales engagements.
Knowledge of Voice of the Customer, Business Intelligence, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Social Media, CRM or Market Research is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
