Corporate Counsel
The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Chief Executives and management teams of hospital's or other health care facilities within a defined geographical territory within the Company's footprint and for ensuring that all activities across such facilities comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Will report to Managing Counsel - Hospital Operations. Should preferably be a lawyer with 5
years of legal experience including in-house and/or major law firm experience. Must have experience in healthcare, including exposure to federal and state regulatory and compliance matters, fraud and abuse, provider transaction including hospital-physician alignment and joint ventures and provider operations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
