As Emma's Inside Sales Rep, you'll help in the process of bringing new clients on board. You'll introduce prospective customers to Emma's legendary customer service through a consultative sales process, and then you'll close the deal, establishing strong client relationships that last for years to come.
Responsibilities:
Work with incoming sales inquiries and conduct over-the-phone and web demonstrations of the Emma platform
Maintain account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com
Effectively identify customer needs and understand business drivers behind requests
Plan, schedule and monitor multiple activities in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Maintain expert knowledge of the evolving Emma product and the competitive landscape
Provide over-the-top, Emma-worthy customer service at every turn
Qualifications:
2-3 years ofEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
