ABOUT THE COMPANY
Are you looking for a permanent part time position where you can set your own schedule? My client is a stable and growing organization in LaVergne that is looking to add an invoicing specialist to their team. The hours range from 24-28 a week and the pay range is $12-$14 an hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF INVOICING SPECIALIST:
Coordinate the collection of external data & perform operational database data entry for Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Maintain Communication with Regional & National Offices on Matters Concerning Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Prepare & Distribute Reports or Analysis to Departments/Supervisors for Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Analyze, Reconcile, Research & Resolve Discrepancies and Make Necessary.
Adjusting Entries for Assigned Operational Unit(s).
Balance with Transaction Register Daily for Assigned Organizational Unit(s).
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE INVOICING SPECIALIST ROLE:
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Lotus, and AS400 experience preferred
Ability to meet deadlines
Detail orientedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
