is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our team. Successful candidates will be able to analyze, structure, diligence, and monitor private equity and venture capital investments. Considered candidates must have at least 2-3 years of investment banking, private equity or corporate development experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Support senior investment professionals in analyzing and researching transactions
Preparing financial models, valuations, projections, and industry research for both potential investment opportunities and portfolio companies
Preparing board level presentations for investment committee.
M & A due diligence
Inbound screening of potential deal flow
Monitoring and preparing financial reporting packages for portfolio companies
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to define and manage work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
2-3 years experience in investment banking
Experience working on M & A transactions, company valuations, financial modeling and industry research
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and WordEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
