Job Description
Summary:Serves to recruit, screen and assist with the hiring of all hourly and salaried open positions. Supports the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources with other aspects and functions of the department in accordance with Hotel standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct all pre-screening of hourly line level and management position applicants
Administering the Predictive Index to all Managerial candidates
Create and place recruitment advertisements in appropriate advertising resources with EOE,M/F/D/V
Completes reference checks on those applicants whom the hotel has identified as potential associates
Develop Recruitment Resource List and be engaged partner with local recruitment resources, to include employment agencies and educational institutions
Maintain open position reporting, having full understanding of staffing levels and operational needs
Participate in New Hire Orientation and applicable manager training
Conduct presentations at local colleges or on site for potential applicants
Route requisitions for proper approvals
Process status changes, responding to open position needs as they arise
Develop and maintain partnership with all hiring managers, ensuring needs are understood and met
Maintain bulletin boards, ensuring open position listings are posted on a weekly basis or as needed
Communicate effectively with other HR Management as to staffing changes, demonstrating an understanding of the impact on other function
Be creative in recruitment solutions, offering suggestions that enhance the recruitment function
Attend local and remote job fairs
Have understanding of compensation trends and potential needs for wage adjustments
Attend off site training and have desire to expand HR acumen
Maintain required tracking logs, focusing on time to fill and referral sources
Manage HR Coordinator responsible for support of recruitment function, assisting with development and providing clear direction on responsibilities and expectations.
Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resource Department
Complete all other assignments as required by Director/Assistant Director of Human Resources
Job Requirements
Associate''s Degree or Equivalent

years experience recruiting line level associates, in hospitality or similar industry
1
years experience recruiting manager/leadership positions
Human Resources management or Hospitality Leadership experience required
Hotel experience strongly preferred
Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Experience working with different agencies and recruiters preferred
Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude and performance
Must align with Omni and ASC''s culture and core values
Must be able to a work a variety of shifts, weekends and holidays if needed
Must be able to travel for job fairs and other recruitment functions, including overnight

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
