My client is a leading record label in Nashville; they are seeking to add an Inventory Analyst to their team due to growth. This company boasts great benefits, training, and perks.
The Income Tracking Analyst will have the following
Responsibilities:
o Analyze multiple Income Tracking reports for the discovery of unpaid or underpaid royalties
o Assist in ensuring royalty accountings are reported accurately in compliance with agreements and on a timely basis
o Recover unpaid or underpaid royalties
o Work with Licensing department to ensure accurate entry of licenses
o Assist with managing data maintained in various tracking resources.
o Work with the Royalties Department to ensure accuracy of royalty postings
o Support upper management on various research and discovery projects
o Assist in the review of ad hoc reports and development of future tracking reports

Required Competencies/Skills of the Income Analyst
o Two years
of experience and strong working knowledge of music licensing, licensing rights and royalty accounting structure associated with various types of licenses
o Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with multiple departments and outside contacts
o High proficiency of various computer applications such as MS Excel and MS Access, with the ability to learn quickly programs that work with large volumes of dataEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
