Sr. Marketing Technology Coordinator

Randstad is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Technology Coordinator for one of our large law firms in the Nashville area. Candidates must have experience in basic relational databases, direct marketing, HTML coding and webpage maintenance. This is a Direct Hire position, salary is negotiable. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.
The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all marketing IT projects (such as product upgrades, database
migrations)
- Ensure the ERM system is functioning as designed
- Maintain proposal generation and experience database systems
- Maintain integrity and quality of data in the CRM system
- Distribute firm alerts, announcements, newsletters and seminar/event invitations;
- Respond to user inquiries regarding marketing technology tools
- Assisting with special projects
- Attending legal technology seminars and webinars (either in person or remotely) to stay abreast of current and upcoming technology
Working hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Qualifications:
- Candidate will have an Associate's degree or higher
- 5 years' related experience
- Basic relational databases, direct marketing, HTML coding and webpage maintenance
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access query building, SQL Query, Crystal Reports and programming is strongly recommended
- Candidate must be able to lead a project team
