Randstad is currently seeking a Logistics Account Analyst for a client in the Madison / Old Hickory area of Nashville. The ideal candidate will possess business maturity, a strong eye for detail and a proven customer service background. We need experienced, fast paced and motivated individuals who will work well within a team environment or independently and can meet deadlines. This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying $42K-$44K. Working hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for handling multiple accounts for multiple manufacturing locations
- Provides support to the Sales & Marketing team
- Answering incoming and making outgoing calls responding to customer comments or concerns
- Distribute, and answer all customer inquiries received via phone and email
Working hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Customer Service Call Center experience
- Experience in a logistics or manufacturing facility is preferred
- Must be very detailed, and analytical
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional attitude and business mature
