Randstad is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Nashville Area for Temporary and Temp to Hire positions. Ideal candidates must have previous customer service experience and have the ability to maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. These positions range from $12.00-$14.00 per hour.
-Responsible for providing world class service in an accurate and professional manner
-Receive and place calls to customers
-Perform data entry
-Must document all calls and determine if further research is needed
-Required to meet productivity standards
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM
The skills and qualifications for this position are:
- Call Center/Customer Service Experience (1 plus years')
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to enter data

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
