_US Service Sales - Spare Parts Services Line Manager _
General Role Overview:
This position is responsible for developing strategic Spare Parts new business within U.S. Services reporting into the SVP of Portfolio and Change Management. This person will be responsible for driving the sales process and strategy for spare parts to a $20M business. The role will develop the marketing program to establish the spare parts offer. This candidate with help identify opportunities for business expansion and develops and manages relationships in strategic markets and accounts that further business development activity. This position will own and be accountable for driving and achieving the associated quota tied to this key initiative.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business plan for spare parts business.
Establish and manage the spare parts business as a service line.
Develop and manage the online and customer care groups to drive spare parts business growth.
Deploy and manage tools to make spare parts buying easier.
Work with internal channel teams to drive business with channel partners.
Work with the national network of SSEs, Services Segment Sales Managers, Channel BDMs, Global Supply Chain, Services marketing and operations team to drive the top line revenue growth of spare parts.
Develop the key targeted accounts list nationally and leads the customer facing and discussions with these accounts.
Develop business cases and detailed business plans of proposed development activities. These plans are strategic and tactical guides for successful implementation and operation of identified opportunities.
Work with marketing, sales and operations groups to implement business development strategy for spare parts.
Work with marketing, sales and operations groups to implement business development strategy into specific initiatives as well as responsible for the successful rollout of a spare parts offer.
Work with the Global teams as the interface and communication point to lead the spare parts discussions for the US.
Work with training teams on the delivery of sales and technical training for the offer and insures all sales teams are trained as required.
Direct activities in preparation of strategic plans and annual business plans for growth for spare parts.
Incremental Services Lines are expected to be created in this role.
The ideal candidate will have established internal relationships and credibility within Schneider Electric. He/She will have previous project or program management experience that includes the ability to schedule and monitor project performance. This role needs to have a strong business acumen and be able to influence internal connections to reach mutual gain. A career of 8-10 years in business is preferred.
